Sprecher Brewery's Cream Soda

Sprecher's is unique for a couple of reasons. First, is that it comes in 16oz bottles, so you get a little extra. Also, the cream soda is made with honey. The soda is also made in gas-fired kettle. This soda was the inspiration of this whole journey. We saw it on a Food Network special and wanted to try it. When we found it at Central Market, we bought it and a tradition was born. We both found Sprecher's Cream Soda to be smooth and sweet - the honey really did make a difference. Sprecher also makes other flavors which I suspect we'll review at some point.
